MUSEUM SHOWS
Association Peekaboo! has worked with numerous museums, book arts festivals, libraires and community-based arts organizations, offering creative workshops and installations around artistic books, exhibits, or specific themes. Peekaboo! dances between art and the everyday, providing opportunities for the banal to become wonderful and for works of art to become familiar. Everything becomes an opportunity for an encounter - encounter with a book, a person, a shape, a color… encounter with a work of art, or an artform. We aim for immersive encounters that make connections between different modes of perception, lead us to think about the artistic process and develop a sensitive approach to the world around us. With its focus on the qualities and nuances of basic materials and shapes, as well its play on scale and transformation, Mon Carton can be booked as a complementary live component for art exhibits.
